What's Coming......

Kims workout of the week (WOTW)-this is a short intense workout that you can structure to suit whatever level of fitness your at AND it will keep you motivated- even if you don't like cardio! you'll find this happening soon keep a watch out for my announcement it will literally change the way you think about exercise forever.

In fact I am putting together a complete package of workouts that can be done over 3 months at one work out per week. I'm really excited about this because there are many people who join fitness centers that leave soon after simply because they get bored.

In fact that's really the main reason why people leave. After doing the initial programme they are given week in week out the results stop coming and consequently the person loses motivation because after paying their gym fees they simply do have the money for personal training or cannot afford to pay the instructor to do upgrades.

This is unfortunate from everyone's point because the business must make money.

The majority of fitness centers are not able to afford to give this type of service for free without putting the weekly dues or upfront payment through the roof
(rent, wages, electricity, super, cleaning, insurances of all different kinds maintenance, etc.etc.etc.

The cost of going into a small business far less keeping one open from day to day is why 5000 small businesses in Australia close every year. Gyms are no different as the unfortunate customers of the Summit fitness that went down the gurgler found out!

Now although I promote classes as being the way to go if you're new to an exercise programming people cannot do classes because of time restrictions, family commitments etc.

WOTW (Workout Of The WEEK) is aimed at solving this.

Getting you results. Keeping you on track, and doing so for a minimal cost.

If you're a current member of the gym its nearly free! $8-00 will pay for the cost of burning the DVDS,CDs etc If you want the stop watch and heart rate monitor $20 all up will cover this!  All I ask if you see it works then you give me a few words to that affect as I like to provide real life testimonials for my website. I'm happy to help you there as well, I know many people have difficulty writing testimonials, you can provide the words you think are suitable, I'll edit and show you for your approval. Easy.
